Here are a few great shake recipes. All of these are made with Shakeology. I bet you can make them with any protein powder that you choose…but I will say that the Vegan Chocolate Shakeology tastes amazing! After reading several books on metabolism and digestion, I found that having a shake for breakfast really gets my day off to a great start.
Now that the Beachbody Challenge is officially underway, I thought I would put together a simple menu plan to get everyone off to a good start. Feel free to interchange the recipes and make these meals work for you. I recommend that you bake or boil your chicken in advance along with cooking your brown rice ahead of time. This will cut down your cooking time! This plan includes groceries, snacks, lunch and dinner. Please be sure to eat two snacks a day.

I found this recipe yesterday and thought I would post a mini round up of some granola recipes. I love granola in the fall! I think the cinnamon flavor really makes it feel like a seasonal food. Now that all these pumpkin spice drinks are reemerging, maybe I’ll revamp one of these recipes to include pumpkin spice. Let’s face it…you can never have too many pumpkin spice options!
